The Member Registration Form helps us update the club roster and event feedback and collect information for our Business Directory listings. By submitting the form, members help us stay current on contact information, plan engaging events, and showcase member businesses.
Dues payment is not required for submission.
Graduates joining within the first year of graduation are exempt from National, Regional, and Local dues.
New alumni will need to submit a Member Registration Form (located under Member Documents on the site) to identify themselves as recent graduates and confirm their New Alumni membership. This membership type cannot be renewed.
Graduates or former students of record at Tuskegee University are eligible for Regular membership. This membership type is also for members of one of the officially sanctioned TNAA professional associations.
Current or former Tuskegee University faculty or staff members are eligible for Associate membership. Associate membership is also open to any interested family member, spouse, or friend of Regular members who demonstrate their financial and moral support to Tuskegee University.
Our fiscal year runs from July 1st to June 30th. Membership dues for the fiscal year are due on July 1st. Members can pay their dues at any point during the fiscal year, but the amount will not be prorated.
Dues payment for the Dallas - Fort Worth Tuskegee Alumni Club fiscal year of July 1 - June 30. Dues paid between January 1 and May 31 will be applied to the current fiscal year. The total charged includes the PayPal processing fee.

Please note your name and "membership dues" before sending your transaction to ensure our Treasurer is able to properly record your payment.
40% of your dues go to the Tuskegee National Alumni Association. This makes you a financial member nationally.
5% of your dues go to the Southwest Region Alumni Association. This makes you a financial member regionally.
55% of your dues support local alumni club operations. This includes fundraising, recruitment efforts, member events, and general operations costs.
Annual fundraisers are held to raise money for student scholarships, care packages, emergency financial aid, and donations to the university. Dallas - Fort Worth Tuskegee Alumni Club budgets for costs associated with platform fees, printing, procurement of prizes, and other general costs for fundraisers.
Dallas - Fort Worth Tuskegee Alumni Club procures Tuskegee University display materials and pamphlets from the university for use at various college fairs that are held in the DFW metroplex throughout the year.
Dallas - Fort Worth Tuskegee Alumni Club regularly schedules social events for members. The club hosts events such as the holiday party and back-to-school picnic, covering a portion of the cost related to food and entertainment.
As with any organization, there are general operations costs that Dallas - Fort Worth Tuskegee Alumni Club covers with member dues. These include communication and administrative expenses. The annual club budget is available to all members for review. Financial Members are invited to attend a June budget review meeting to review, discuss, and approve the Treasurer's proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year.
The Dallas - Fort Worth Tuskegee Alumni Club is a non-profit corporation under Section 501(c)3 of the United States Internal Revenue Code.
